Jacob Chambers

I am a software engineer and Masters student working for and studying at Georgia Tech. As an experienced programmer and educator, my leadership and ability to communicate enable me to build digital platforms that engage, inspire, and empower people.

Since graduating from Georgia Tech in 2021, I’ve worked for Codemettle as a Software Development Engineer and am now working as a Research Scientist at the Georgia Tech Research Institute. During my time as an undergraduate student at Tech, I was fortunate to serve as a Head TA for CS 1331 — Intro to Object-Oriented Programming, as well as working for the United States Air Force, NASA, and the Governor of Georgia. These experiences have shown to me first hand that engineering, education, and communication can work hand in hand to build a stronger future.

I’m passionate about Georgia politics, urban design and transportation, particularly as it relates to my home city of Atlanta, computer systems and networks, and the Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwich meal.
